  I would like to report a usurpation of my domain name fabrizziofabrizzio which has been registered for many years on wordpress. my painter name fabrizzio is also a trademark registered with the INPI. can I count on wordpress to stop this use on instagram

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. A trademarked item is solely up to the owner of that trademark.

  of course the trade mark belongs to me and it is clearly specified on my site fabrizziofabrizzio.com the legal penalties incurred as an offense

  but what leads me to ask for all the assistance of WordPress is that my name of fabrizziofabrizzio.com perfectly referenced by Worpress and which belongs to me could be fraudulently used in the Google and Yahoo search engines

  Search engines don’t know if a trademark is used in a good or bad way, nor does registrars know if a registered domain name is an infringment of a trademark or copyright. I can register e.g. fabriziofabrizio.art without problems. I’s up to the trademark owner to maintain his trademark.

  WordPress.com can’t help with the Instagram platform. You must report that infringment at Instagram.
