Facbook sharing disconnected, but still published to facebook

  Hi,

  I would like to disconnect Facebook from my sharing. I did that in The sharing tool. I have no connection with facebook. Now when I publize a message, it goes directly to facebook. And after 3 or 4 days it will post my message again on facebook.

  How can i Stop this? It is the same for twitter.

  Try flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/
