  Please contact Divi support directly for help with that theme. Divi is made by a completely different company from WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with that theme.

  The WordPress.org forums also won’t be able to help in this case, as Divi is not part of the open source WordPress software, but a premium theme created by a private company.
