Hi, I have a doubt.
I want to share my blog through Facebook. When I type the url, Facebook doesn’t chose any images of my blog.
What can I do?
I understand that in wordpress.com you can use many plugins, but here…
thanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Try uploading a Blavatar under Settings > General:
https://josefinarennella.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Make sure your image is at 200 x 200 pixels at the bare minimum. Facebook prefers even larger images.
After doing that, wait a bit (an hour or two) and then run your URL though the Facebook debugger to refresh its cache (copy of your site):
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Try sharing your homepage again and see if the Blavatar image comes up.

Hi again. I did everything that you said before. When I debug in Facebook, I can see the blavatar image, but when I share is still the blank image.
I don’t know how to fix it. I know many things with plugins and css but in this case I have no idea.
Any solution?
Thanks again -
I’m not seeing a Blavatar here – did you remove it?
https://josefinarennella.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
When you add one, make sure it’s 200 by 200 pixels at minimum.

I tell you.
I tray many things.
First as I follow the steps as you told me. In the Facebook debug I saw my new blavatar but I got the message of something wrong.
‘og:image was not defined, could not be downloaded or was not big enough. Please define a chosen image using the og:image metatag, and use an image that’s at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook. Image ‘https://s0.wp.com/i/blank.jpg’ will be used instead.’. The image that I upload is bigger enough, but I think wordpress crop it and fecebook recognize a small image…I try many things and then, just a few hours ago, I deleted the blavatar, and started again. But it seems to be problem… -
It can take a while for Facebook to recognize a new image, due to something called caching. My suggestion would be to re-upload a Blavatar that meets the minimum size, and then give it some time (maybe 4-5 hours) before using the Facebook debug tool again.
If you see an error again, let us know, but leave the Blavatar there and let a staff member have a look before you remove it.

Hi, unfortunately the problem remains the same. The image that I upload to the blavatar is 1000px581p.
I hope we can solve this.
thanks -
I can see that your site is sending the correct image to Facebook, if you look at the browser source you can see this:
<meta property="og:image" content="https://secure.gravatar.com/blavatar/99952f1a3867330d40cdb1320c39452b?s=200" />If you visit https://secure.gravatar.com/blavatar/99952f1a3867330d40cdb1320c39452b?s=200 you’ll see a 200 pixel square version of your Gravatar, as expected.
But Facebook still thinks there’s an issue with the image, which is not true. :)
og:image was not defined, could not be downloaded or was not big enough. Please define a chosen image using the og:image metatag, and use an image that’s at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook. Image ‘https://s0.wp.com/i/blank.jpg’ will be used instead.
When this happens, unfortunately there isn’t much we can do on our side because we can only feed the correct image to Facebook – it’s up to Facebook to decide how to handle it on their end. That said, in my experience these issues tend to work themselves out with a bit of time, so I would suggest leaving your Blavatar as is and check again in a few days. Hopefully by then Facebook will have worked out the glitch.
