  Thank you very much for the quick response. Let me clarify what I’m trying to achieve. I just started my blog and a friend of mine asked me if I had a button on the page where he could directly Facebook-like my blog post.
  I have the share buttons, but not what he wants. Is that in mentioned in the info you sent to me. I don’t think so, but may be wrong. I looked online and people mention some code writing for this, but that’s over my current capabilities.

  I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to like individual posts or pages from within WordPress.com and mention of writing your own code will only work on self-hosted WordPress sites (also called WordPress.org).
