  Still getting message with yellow exclamation that there’s a problem connecting to Facebook

  It sounds like there may still be some issues with Publicize for WordPress.com and Jetpack users. I’m not sure if this is related, but it looks like it’s very possible. I’ll go ahead and tag this for staff attention.

  Hi there,

  The Facebook connection on your site is over a year old, and I don’t see any reconnection attempts.

  Please go to My Site ->Sharing and disconnect Facebook.

  Then go to this link on Facebook and remove the WordPress.com connection there.

  Lastly, clear your browser cache and cookies before logging back into both accounts, and try to reconnect.

  Let me know if you’re still unable to reconnect after doing that.
