The Facebook Page Plugin widget will only work with Facebook pages (not profiles). The Facebook link you have used may be a personal profile or a page, however the link appears to be broken.
Was it a personal profile or a page you were trying to add?

If you were wanting to link a Facebook profile, you can’t add a live stream but you can embed individual updates from your profile on any post or page on your site. Here’s more information on how to do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/facebook-embeds/ . However, if you are on a Business plan you can make use of third-party plugins in order to show a live feed from a personal profile.
