Facebook 404 message

  Hi,

  I realize this probably isn’t a wordpress issue but I was wondering if anyone had experienced this problem. I publicize my posts on facebook and have done so for some time (I generally use “get social”). For the last 2 weeks though, everytime I add the link to my post, facebook returns a “404 page not found” error message.

  Again, I suspect that this a facebook (or user!) error and not wordpress but if anyone has any ideas on how I can fix this, I’d be happy to hear them. It’s very frustrating to be pointing people to a broken link.

  I’m sorry I cannot help. There have been others with Facebook issues. I’m replying in order to bump your thread onto front page of the forum so it’s seen there and hopefully someone who can help will so so.

  Yeah, a strange random issue with the security of the application, drive me nuts.

  I’ve had that as well, but only with my externally hosted WP sites. I think it may be related to post scheduling, but am not 100% certain.
