Facebook Admin but Publicize not posting

    I have Admin access to the Facebook page and Jetpack shows the connection as a valid and working connection, yet my posts aren’t making it to the Facebook page. I’ve had to login to the Facebook page and manually post for my client.

    Please help me to troubleshoot. Thanks.

    Hi @rickjedi, sure we can help. I can see the post you made today didn’t publish; Facebook had invalidated the session.

    If this is the first time it’s happened, can you have the client disconnect and reconnect to see if that helps?

    If it’s happening repeatedly in spite of disconnections and reconnections, let us know and we’ll dig deeper. You’ll also want to check with your client to be sure they aren’t changing their password or logging out of Facebook after connecting.
