Facebook and Twitter Button in the Nav Bar of TwentyTen

  Hello,

  I currently have a theme called “organic_theme_ocean”. In this theme there is a pre-populated button for Facebook and RSS on the right hand side of the NavBar Main Menu seen here: http://healthiestfuture.com

  I would like to have two buttons on my TwentyTen theme, a Twitter and Facebook button that look just like it, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to ad this to the current TwentyTen site seen here: http://flavourfinefoods.ca

  Can you help me?
