Facebook and Twitter comments

  If someone is leaving a comment on my blog by logging into their facebook or twitter account, does that mean that they can share any of this information on their facebook or twitter account?

  If so, is there any way to get rid of those log in buttons on the comment box?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have provided the sharing buttons then you visitors regardless of using the Twitter or Facebook or WordPress login can use the buttons to share your post. If you disable the sharing buttons on your blog than they can still share your posts. It’s just not as convenient to do so. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
