Facebook and Twitter Icon do not appear on the widget

  I have tried several times to put Facebook and Twitter on my Page following the instructions in the widget but the icons do not appear, it only show the text. Please help.

  Hello there,

  I think there are two different problems, I’ll try to review them both to see if this helps you. :)

  Facebook: the page seems private, thus inaccessible from the web. The page needs to be public without any age or geographic restriction in order to work.

  Twitter: it seems that the twitter widget ID is missing. Just follow the instructions on this support page and you should be able to make it work:
