  Is there a WordPress app that I can add to my FB page — so that FB visitors can click on the app and be brought to my WP blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, but you’ll get better results by manually pasting a link to your posts on your FB profile.

  You can use Publicize which is under Settings->Sharing on your Dashboard to make it automatic, but you’ll get less visibility.
