  I’m trying to download the plugin ‘Facebook Auto Publish,’ but when I download it, it just comes up as a bunch of documents and on the installation instruction page, it says, ‘Extract facebook-auto-publish.zip to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.’ but I have no idea how to perform this.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites and we cannot upload plugins.
