Facebook blocked WP link

You may need to be aware of what happened 6 hours ago on copy-pasting a link from my blog (as done regularly) into my personal Facebook. I was confronted with this notice :
‘You can’t share this link – jrbpublications.files.wordpress.com – Your content couldn’t be shared because the link goes against our Community Standards…”
I lodged complaint asking why a scholarly review of the life and book of the Old Testament prophet Daniel is against their standards.
Could there be a technical issue over WordPress-Facebook linkage???
Have tried again 6 hours later and it seems normal

Hi @richardjbarker, sorry to hear that! Your site was probably accidentally flagged on Facebook’s end. We do see that from time to time and folks have to ask Facebook to unblock / review the case. It sounds like they’ve already got that resolved for you, thank goodness!
If you see it again, I’d recommend reaching out to Facebook directly. Hoping this helps!

Thank you and thought it worth raising as there may be a related issue, namely:
My WP link to FB has fails to connect and download WP posts direct to my blog’s FB (a ‘business page’) even though I’ve repeatedly tried resetting via WP Sharing. I just don’t have time to investigate and so copy-paste url into that FB page as well as my personal profile whenever possible.
Maybe having two accounts started causing a problem altho’ it had been all ok.
Do you know of a direct contact with FB please?

If your site has been blocked by Facebook, it wouldn’t automatically post your new content there.
Right now I don’t see any active connection to Facebook on your account. Please try following these steps and let us know if you run into any trouble again:
