  I am using the Facebook Like Box widget with my Triton Lite theme. I am using a background image, since the FB box can only have dark or light color scheme, it’s an ugly white or black box over my background. What can I do to make the background transparent? Is there any other way to add a simple button to like my FB Page rather than this awkward box?

  You could easily make a simple text widget with a button image from FB linked to your page. That’s the easiest way if you don’t want to use the official Badge code they give you.

  You can also use an image widget instead of the text widget. For those that don’t know HTML, that is an easier route.

  thanks – i can code a little html but have used the image widget to ad an image link to our FB page. not quite as cool as having a dynamic box which allows 1 click like and shows whether you/your friends have liked already. no way to enter your own code for the like box so you can control background color?
