thxs for responding; people are logged in to facebook, click the facebook button on my site, and nothing is happening

Without know their specifics such as exactly which device they use to connect to the internet, whether or not they are running updated browser versions, and whether or not they have stable connectivity, I can’t really help. If they are WordPress.com members please have them post here.

Hey there,
I clicked on the Facebook button and had no trouble sharing your “NY 10” blog post in my timeline. Here are some screenshots:

https://i.cloudup.com/v7DcBaBEV7.PNGCan you let me know what you mean by “nothing is happening”?
Does the Facebook share window fail to pop-up when someone clicks on it?
or
Does the blog post not appear at all in Facebook after being shared?Let me know so I can look further into this.
In the meantime, here’s a good read on how links are shared on Facebook:

Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me!
That is strange. Does this happen to all your visitors? My guess is the problem may be specific to their browsers, since I was able to share your post in my Facebook account. Can you kindly point them to this support page on clearing their browser cache?
Let me know if that helps improve things. Thanks for your patience!
