Facebook Chat Plugin

Hello, so here goes our problem…
We went to our facebook page and followed the steps in setting up the facebook chat plug in. After copying the code, we went here in our wordpress site > Design > Customize > Widgets > Footer > Add widget > Custom HTML > then when we paste the copied HTML code from Facebook (which I can’t paste here), there was an error from lines 19 to 26. It says ‘Please use tab for indention’ and in several lines it says ‘Tab attribute [………….] is not allowed. What can we do on our end to solve this? Or is there a private support that we could contact to send the exact code?

I just actually want to add a Facebook Chat plugin to all of the site’s pages. I just copied the Code snippet from our facebook page and tried to put it in the “Custom HTML” under footer

What’s the title of the page where you added the code? We’d like to check what kind of code is it.

Oh, I don’t think you will be able to add that to a free site.
Some code is not permitted for security reasons. WordPress.com is a shared environment and you would need plan Business or eCommerce to be able to install plugins, third-party themes, or add JavaScript code:https://wordpress.com/support/code/.
