Facebook Chat Plugin not showing up on site

  Hello! I recently installed the Facebook Chat Plugin to my WP site but I’m not seeing it on the site itself. I’ve tried to use the installation steps provided by Facebook but didn’t see the tab that is supposed to be created on my WP homepage where I can edit the settings of specific plugins, etc. I tried to install the CSS code for the plugin as well but that didnt work.
