When you say “facebook comments”, do you mean you want people to be able to log in with their facebook account in order to leave a comment on your WordPress.com site?
If so, we already have it. Log out of your WP.com account, place your cursor in the comment box on your site and you’ll see the comment log-in options, which are WP.com, twitter and facebook.

Well, you know how it is, tt. Sometimes someone reads it one way, someone else reads it another way. Hopefully one of us has the right of it. :)

@akshaysarve If you mean can people comment with their facebook account, then, yes. Read my earlier answer just above. We already have that option here on WordPress.com.
