Facebook connection

In edit mode, I keep being notified with this (below), even though I I’ve checked and my account is connected with Facebook:
To enable Publicize: Facebook, you will need to authorize your WordPress.com account on This Little Thing Called Life to connect with your Facebook account.
Clicking the link below will take you to Facebook where you will need to log in and click “allow” several times.
Authorize connection with Facebook
When I click the link it takes me back to my dashboard. Why is this happening?

I had this same thing happen 2 days ago, my issue ended up actually being that I had 2 dashboards open at the same time and did not know. I shut them both down and then logged back in and the issue went away. I still do not know if that was the actual root of the issue so I will keep an eye on this thread.

I have had this problem a few days now, it also prevent me from publicising to twitter. When I follow the step above (first post), I get back to the dashboard and is told to update, but at that stage the FB-box is unchecked, checking it means that I am back to square one.

Ok, I also have two dashboards and fixed this by logging out completely, logging in and selecting the global dashboard.
Then ‘My blogs’ (Manage My Blogs). From that screen there are links to Authorise Facebook etc. I did that successfully for one blog.
I needed to log out and repeat the exercise for the other blog.
That did it.
