Facebook connection

  I have connected my blog to my Facebook account but it still does not appear on Facebook. It says published in the meny on the right hand side.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. I assume you’re talking of Publicize (http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#facebook-profiles-pages)? Did you set that up before or after you published your last post? It only publishes new posts to your Facebook account and I see your last post was published yesterday.

  Please try the following: Go to Posts ->All Posts and edit your last post. In the Publish module, set the post to Draft and click update. In the Publish module, next to Publicize, click Edit and make sure the box next to Facebook is checked. Re-publish your post. Give it ten minutes and check whether the post has published on Facebook.

  Thanks for your response. I’ve already tried to do what you described a several times. The problem is that even if I klick the Facebook box, it reappears empty. Yet it days Facebook connected Anna Sandborn.

  Sometimes when this happens resetting the connection works.

  Go to Settings ->Sharing and remove the Facebook connection (click on the x next to Facebook.

  Next, go to your Facebook profile. Go to Facebook settings and look for the Apps tab in the menu. Click on that and look for the WordPress icon. Remove that.

  Just to be on the safe side, clear your browser cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Go back to your blog and re-connect Facebook under Publicize in Settings ->Sharing. Then create a new post and see what it does. If it still doesn’t work, let us know.
