I need help installing a facebook conversion pixel on my wordpress site but cannot get it to work. I have a basic wordpress website .com host/domain plan. Can you please help me utilize FB Conversion Tracking on my site? Thanks.

Yes, I am getting this code from the facebook ads manager. I’ve seen it implemented on youtube and other forums. I jst do not know how to do it my self. I am working on a mac and the vids were windows based. Also, I have the basic, $20 yearly hosting plan from WP. Do not have the premium account. SO I am not sure if this tool/plug in is avail. to me Its used to track facebook ads and clicks. Basically tracks how many ppl from FB logged onto my site from the ad. It proves efficiency or inefficiency. Please let me know. Thanks

If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. Actually, the ad runs on facebook, not WP. The only involvement of WP is actually a code from FB that needs to be inserted in the header for the ad tracking to occur. Here is a link to better explain it: https://www.facebook.com/help/435189689870514/

Right, sorry I should have clarified. Tracking pixels for ads cannot be added here like ads, it’s a similar type of code and blocked by our system.
