Facebook Craziness

When I share my blog post on Facebook, the wrong content is showing up. Can you help me?
I have tried this with 3 separate blog posts. I click the link to the blog and paste it into my FB status. The title is right, the photo is right and then the content is all wrong.

Sorry, I haven’t noticed that you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site, running Jetpack. Do you also use the Facebook Publicize feature? this automatically publishes your post to Facebook. Does this problem also occur when Jetpack is disabled?
