Facebook displaying deleted widget

  When I share a post from my blog to my Facebook page, a deleted widget shows in the Facebook post, not an image from my post as it has previously. This is a recent, and frustrating, phenomenon.

  I’m sorry but we cannot help with this. We have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.

  Thank you! I will try posting the links by hand and/or changing the graphic size and see if that picks up the graphic. The timely response is much appreciated!

  You could try flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/ and then the full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook
