Facebook event-widget?

  I’m arranging a LARP this September, and have a WP blog and a Facebook event (not page). I have put the FB event in my WP links, but I’d really liked to have a widget that works almost as the Facebook like-widget, with faces, but for the Facebook event. Do such a widget exist?

  Facebook widget works with Facebook page only. To promote the event you can have a text widget. Create a text widget and paste the url of the event. You can also add the logo image of the event in text widget for that purpose.

  It sure would be cool, though. If FB gets enough requests for this, they might do it. In the meantime, you can use SOME but not all of the widget codes at Eventbrite, which I find very useful.
