Facebook followers

A while back the number of facebook followers disappeared from my stats. How do I get that back so I can monitor? I can see the number of wordpress followers and email followets but not facebook numbers.

Hello thechickengrandma,
You can try reconnecting your Facebook account through the Sharing section.
Click Disconnect next to Facebook, then Connect and choose the correct Facebook account. This should refresh your follower count under Stats -> Insights

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting again……still no information (as in follower numbers) behind social media in my stats page. I also have no idea how to contact anyone at wordpress to fix this for me. Any information on that would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Hmm, may I suggest going into Facebook and removing the app from Facebook’s side, then disconnecting Facebook on your WordPress.com site, then Connect again to your Facebook page through the WordPress Share section?
Here is how you remove WordPress from Facebook through the Facebook settings: https://www.facebook.com/help/204306713029340/
This should complete reconnecting the settings.
If you are hesitant about this, please contact the staff at https://wordpress.com/help/contact And ask them to walk you through the process. They can also try to reset the connection for you.
