Facebook for WooCommerce

Hello,
I have installed Facebook for WooCommerce and synced the products with my facebook catalogue. However, I can’t figure out a few things:
– All the product variations have been posted as different products
– I can’t change image and description for variable products as I would do for simple products
– The old products in Facebook shop are not updated
– I have over 400 products but only 200 are shown on FB shopI’m going crazy trying to make it work, I heed helo! :)

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
