Facebook for WooCommerce plugin sync issues

My product catalog was syncing fine until I recently added a few new categories. Now the syncing doesn’t work properly and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Trying doing a force resync with no progress. Facebook support directed me to WooCommerce support but the support ticket link just redirects to wordpress.com. Help!
