  I have copied my facebook page url to the social widget facebook icon section and saved it, yet when I click on the facebook icon I am directed to AVG search engine page instead of my facebook page. My facebook page is new (so I haven’t created any activity on it yet), could this be the reason? Please help. N.B. I have done the same thing with my new twitter and instagram accounts and can successfully go directly to them through the twitter and instagram icons. Thank you for your support.   Hello,

  Happy New Year too! If you’re using the Social Media Icons Widget, you’ll need to enter your Facebook username, not your Facebook URL. If your URL is facebook.com/joanfield then your username is joanfield. After entering your Facebook username, click Save.
