Facebook instant article plugin needed

  It’s a well-known fact that nobody wants to wait for a page to load when they are doing facebook. Being aware this fact facebook introduced instant articles just like Google AMP. Automattic also helped the WordPress.org users by creating the instant article plugin. But we the WordPress.com user still don’t have the facility even after paying for the premium plans. Isn’t it unfair?
