  How can I see who liked my post using the facebook like button?

  You can’t. That’s because of FB’s privacy settings. Even if you’re friends with them you can’t see it.

  what if they share the post? does that make a difference?

  Nope. You still can’t see it.

  Here I am adding extra text because I am bored and have gotten the “slow down you move too fast” warning on my reply to this post something like five times.
