Facebook Like Button won’t work. I’m just getting an all white, blank box on my site. Any assistance?

I’m running chrome, and I looked at all those support entries. Is there anyone who can walk me through it?

You might wait for an hour or so. Facebook is down or wonky for a lot of people right now and it could be causing unanticipated problems with your attempt to get things hooked up.

Still no good. Just a blank white box on the side.
This is what I have in my facebook URL: http://www.facebook.com/InevitableBook
That is a page, correct? And that’s the correct URL code to be using, right?
I also have my facebook page “shared” with my blog. I’m sure I’m missing something myself, so any help?

When I go to your page the box appears basically correctly (you probably want to make it a little taller so the images of your followers don’t get cut off, but it’s definitely showing up.)
Could you be using Facebook as your page rather than as you? When I switch my Facebook login to one of my pages (By clicking the arrow on the far right side of the blue menu bar on Facebook) then I also get the white box you describe.
