Facebook like button doesn't appear..

  I’ve tried to add the Facebook like button to my blog, but every time i paste the code whether to the “text widget” or in the HTML tab of any page or post, i only see the code, the button doesn’t appear!

  Can anyone help me solve this??

  You cannot use the Facebook like button provided by Facebook but we hav an equivalent.

  You can post a Facebook badge in your sidebar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/

  You can enable social network sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages. Also note the WordPress “like” button. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  You can have Facebook like & share buttons on your posts.

  You can install the Facebook like box widget found here in your sidebar > Appearance > Widgets
