Why is my Facebook Like button not appearing on page?

  ..despite being there in my appearance/widget settings – saved and shown in the sidebar 1 category along with the other things that DO appear.

  is it because of the theme i am using? (Chaos Theory)

  why is this so hard? i mean everyone must want a Facebook like button on their main page.. and why can’t it KNOW that it’s not doing something it says that it is.

  wasted hours trying to figure this out.

  The button is appearing for me on single posts.

  To get it to also appear on the main page you’ll want to head to Settings > Sharing and check the option for “Show buttons on… Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results.”
