Facebook like icon wont appear on my blog

  i have added a text widget and the following HTML code within.
  <div>
  <img title=”facebook” src=”http://ravivaghanani.wordpress.com/?attachment_id=83″ alt=”” width=”40″ height=”40″ />
  </div>

  now the title appears but the icon doesnt appear on my site.
  Please help me with this.
