Facebook Like/Share button doesn't count right

  I use wordpress for my blog and two different plugins for Facebook share and like.

  But no matter what – both show wrong number of likes of my posts – If i go to Facebook, there is for example 50 likes and 5 shares of my link of the blog, but on the blog like/share button shows only 27.

  What could be the problem?
