Why doesn't my Facebook Like Box widget work? What is my Facebook Page URL?

  I added a facebook link to my page using widgets. Although the “Like” link connects to my profile facebook page, I now also have an error message on my page that says that the href cannot be verified. I’ve loaded and reloaded my facebook profile URL to the box on the widget. The link seems to work — why am I getting an error message on my page and how do I get rid of it?

  You currently have your Facebook Page URL set as http://www.facebook.com/profile.php which isn’t valid. Your Facebook Page URL is the public URL for your page. For example, the URL for the WordPress.org Facebook Page is http://www.facebook.com/WordPress.
