Facebook link not working

Once again my posts are not being published to Facebook despite my clicking on the box to do so before publishing a post. This happened a few days ago, I made the changes that were suggested, it worked for a few days, and now it is not working again. This is really annoying! Does anyone know what the problem is? Going in and resetting each time is not a solution.

Mine is not working either. I have reset the connection per the social media instructions with no luck. My blog posts to Linkedin just fine.
After some research I may give up and try http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti

What does that do? I think I will just do it manually by clicking the Facebook link on my own post after it is published.

Those are the same instructions I followed a few days ago. As I said, it worked for a few days, and now I am back to square one. I do not want to keep reconnecting every few days. I wish I knew why this is suddenly happening.
To be honest, I think it will be just as easy just to post myself on Facebook rather than even trying these other approaches, but thanks for the suggestions.

They are the same instructions I followed also. I never got my blog to post to Facebook.
My blog is not public, though that shouldn’t effect it. I don’t want post it each time. I’ll look into this more next week. Thanks for the updates.

Michael, I am glad I am not alone. It’s too bad no one has an answer to this. Is there any way to contact WordPress staff for an answer rather than just other members?

If I am not mistaken, WordPress is an open source software, thus, it is developed by the community. Nevertheless, I did notice a support staff that was available to paid subscriptions.

I am new to WordPress an am adjusting from standard html and css hosted content. My guess is timethief will assist in finding the issue. It appears she has quite the experience with this issue.

Thanks, Michael—I guess I hadn’t realized that (even though I should have since I am not a paying subscriber). I have been using WordPress for a year, but am not at all technically inclined. So far it has been so user friendly that it hasn’t mattered. And even this is not a big deal since I can just do it manually as I have been for my last few posts.
