Facebook link not working correctly

Hi,
I have been trying to share my posts with facebook.
But this seems to work only for the first post that I share. After that for every subsequent post that I wish to share it gives an error saying “Could not post to this Wall”
I also tried changing it to the Like button. Even that did not work!
Please help with this.
I disconnect from Facebook and tried reconnecting too and when that did not work, I removed the WordPress app from facebook and then again reconnected. This allowed me to Like one more post. But then same issue again.
Why can’t it allow me to share or Like my posts to Facebook??

Other options for posting include Networked blogs and RSS Graffiti. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. Thanks for the links. Yes you are correct about these methods.
But the problem that I am facing is that when I click on the share or the Like button, it does not post it on Facebook! When I click Share Link, it gives an error message saying “Could not share this link on this Wall” and when I hit the Like button, it goes opaque for a second with a 1 next to it and then returns back to original state. When I check on Facebook, there are no updates to my profile page!
