  Having just done another search i found this https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wrong-author-username-when-auto-post-to-facebook?replies=2 .. while that is good. and I have done all those things how long is the suggested ETA?

  As I mentioned before, it’s most likely happening from Facebook’s end not ours as you will see it is updated on WordPress.com.

  Let me know what Facebook says! I’d be curious to know what’s going on!

  Still no word from facebook “support” and its still happening .. so trying option 3 of contact.

  I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I don’t have any idea of how Facebook’s support system works. Whenever they get back, let me know what they say!
