    In order to add a Facebook pixel, you would need the business plan in order to add that.

    To reason being is that you would need to a plugin (most likely this plugin that inserts code snippets into the header and/or footer code templates of the site as seen here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/header+and+footer/)
