Facebook notifications

  Hi all
  I noticed that my blog does not notified FB of postings when done on my desktop (chrome on Windows 7) however when I create posts on the app on my iPod touch all is fine. as the majority of my posts are written on a desktop, has anyone got any advice on how to rectify?
