  Hello i am fairly new to wordpress.

  I would like to know that is it possible to grant right to all facebook or twitter users to add new page on my wordpress site using facebook or twitter authentication..

  Not at WordPress.com it is not. It is possible at WordPress.org with a budget in the tens of thousands of dollars and a considerable amount of security and tech support.

  Maybe what you want is a wiki instead?
