  my facebook page in my blog is just a blank white box! can anybody please help!

  This is what written on your “facebook like” wigdet. Could you see it?
  Means you did not enter the correct HTML link of your facebook page.

  In other words, if you are using a Facebook personal profile or a group, it won’t work.

  To add the facebook like button you should have a Fb page of your own.
  If you have one then:
  Go to widgets>facebook like box widget. Type the url of your page and save it.
  If you don’t know exactly what your FB page url is then login to your account and go to your page.
  Just copy the url from there and paste it here in the widgets. This url is visible only to you as it is admin url.
