Facebook Page Like box/button on front page

    Hi,

My blog has the Full Frame theme with infinite scroll, it doesn’t have any sidebar or footer.

How could I get to have a Facebook Like button for my page appearing somewhere directly on the front page, the goal of this theme being that everything directly is there on front page without having click to do…

Could is pop up or appear floating somewhere? Or be on the top bar?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there — do you still need assistance? I see a Facebook like button in your footer, on the left, and a link to your Facebook page in the top menu (which is a nice touch).

To confirm, yes — I believe if the Infinite Scroll feature is on, there wouldn’t be a widget area since it’s a single-column theme. So, turning it off is your best bet.

P.S. Fabulous images. Colorful and stunning.

    Hello,
Well I would have loved to have a “page like” button somewhere, Top bar or pop-up on the side.
The link I put is still redundant, people need to go there, and eventually click on the like.

If people who would be pleased by my work would see a “page like” button on the site, they could maybe click on that directly and updates would come to their feeds automatically later on.

There is no solution for that on wordpress.com so far?

    Thanks!

If you’re not happy with your Facebook Like button in the footer, your current menu tab at the top, or the theme’s Social Icons feature (described at the bottom of the Full Frame description page), you could ask for advanced theme and/or custom CSS help and see if there’s a way to achieve what you want.

    The Full Frame forum: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/full-frame

The CSS customization forum (if you have the Custom Design upgrade): https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization

I’m not sure about pop-up widgets — it’s not something we offer on WordPress.com.

    Hi!
Ho cool for the social icons I didn’t knew about that, just added them!
Ho yes true there might be a way with css but I’m traveling Laos now and don’t really want to bother ^^.
    Thank you for your suggestions!
