  • Hello there,

To check, do you need help with https://jeanettesalaris.com/? If yes, this site is not hosted with WordPress.com, and so we do not have access to help with that.

Usually with Facebook Pixel, they provide a code to place into the header file of the site, which we’ve helped many users implement over the years. The only way for us to help with that is if the site was hosted on WordPress.com, and it would need to be on the business plan.

Of course, that sounds like I’m trying to sell the business plan – but to explain, there’s two types of WordPress. WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.

WordPress.com is where we provide daily backups, a 24/7 support service and WordPress is optimised to run optimally, and self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is obtained form WordPress.org and used on a server, and you’re left to do things on your own. There’s more on the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

You could migrate the site over from your current host (themes, content and plugins as-is) and use our Business plan, and we could walk you through adding this Facebook Pixel. This guide explains how to do this here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/#import-from-self-hosted-word-press

    I hope this helps.
