Facebook Pixel code on this page didn't load error
-
Installed the facebook pixel in a text box using the text tab as described here
https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-pixelUsing the code
<noscript>
<img height=”1″ width=”1″
src=”https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=1945978969026081&ev=PageView
&noscript=1″/>
</noscript>Which gets stripped to
<img height=”1″ width=”1″ src=”https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=1945978969026081&ev=PageView
&noscript=1″ />When viewing the page – the pixel helper chrome extension is showing that a pixel is found on the page,
but shows this error
“the facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to facebook”I’ve added the text box widget to the bottom of the sidebar.
Any ideas as to what’s causing the problem?
Any info would be appreciated.

Hi User,
If you use a minify plugin, delete its cache and test again.
If this doesn’t fix it, send us a message on our support page and we can continue from there: http://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact
Thanks!

The site is a wordpress.com site and does not use the minify plugin.
The support article https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-pixel shows how to use the pixel code with just a paste into a text box.
But it doesn’t seem to be working correctly.
