Facebook Pixel Double Firing On My WordPress Site

    I am having an issue with my Facebook pixel double firing on my WordPress site. I created an entirely new pixel for this installation that had never been used before anywhere. I just installed a WooCommerce plugin in order to integrate my site with Facebook and the Facebook pixel. There is not two different pixels firing at the same time, just one for certain events (i.e. Add to cart). Does anyone know why this may be happening?

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Is there any way that you could see what is going on. I did post in those forums for wordpress.org, but it looks like they take a while to respond. I really need help in figuring this out as soon as possible. If you could just give me some suggestions about what to do or some insight into what may be happening, it would be greatly appreciated!

    Actually would you be willing to reach out directly to support for the facebook/woo plugin you’ve installed? That may be your best bet.

    You could also try the WooCommerce forum specifically:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

    And, you can also try searching the forums to see if someone else had a similar issue, and how they resolved it.
