  There are already several options to integrate your blog with Facebook, including Like and Sharing buttons, publicizing you posts to your Facebook profile and/or wall, and adding a Facebook Like Box to your widget area.   There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  That’s not possible because they are JavaScript and our software strips the code out to maintain security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ You will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a WordPress.org install to use them.http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
